• - Payment -

- All payment are in USD and will be done through Paypal -- I only accept full payment upfront after both parties agree and confirm the details of the commission -- Your email will be required as an invoice will be sent to said email -- Any additional payment can be requested later down the line, cases being requested additions, or fees from excessive edits or extra work -- I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason -- If the commissioner should call off the commission throughout the process, they will be provided a 50% refund and the unfinished piece -

• - Deadlines -

- By default, there is no set deadline unless the client provides a reasonable and meaningful deadline (i.e: birthday gift, holiday piece, etc...)- Please be patient as commissions may take a few days or longer
depending of their complexity -- Rush fees are subject to at least +25% of the commission, but may also depend on the project and timeframe provided-- I may or may not be able to take certain requests with a deadline

• - Copyright -

- The commissioner must not claim my work as theirs -- I reserve the right to display any commissioned image(s) on any of my websites or my portfolio -- Under no circumstances may my signature be altered/edited/erased if shared elsewhere by the commissioner -- The commissioner may only use artwork that was created specifically for them, and are for the commissioner's personal use only. This includes wallpapers, cropping the image for avatars/icons, printing the image for personal display, etc... -- Under no circumstances may the commissioner use commissioned image(s) for commercial or profit purposes, including prints and redistribution of the commissioned image(s) -

• - Artistic Freedom -

- Note that I will retain some level of artistic freedom: as an artist and client, a commission creates a partnership and not an employee -- Artists are sought for their style and vision, and I am not to carry out something that is far too removed from my aesthetics just because I am an artist -- I will not imitate or recreate other artists' art styles -
